Dye-sublimation is a process in which dye is vaporized at high temperatures and infused into the material. Due to this process, slight variations may occur between individual keyboards. The following cases are not eligible for exchange or refund:- Heat and Pressure-Based Process Characteristics
Minor differences in temperature, pressure, and processing time may result in variations in color density and bleeding. - Uneven Heat Distribution
Heat transfer may not be perfectly uniform depending on mold structure and positioning, which can cause color differences between keycaps. - Material (PBT) Variations
Slight differences in material density, surface condition, and shrinkage rate can affect dye absorption, leading to color variation. - Structural Limitations of Dye Diffusion
During the vaporization and infusion process, slight diffusion may occur, affecting edge sharpness and fine detail reproduction. - Accumulated Tolerances in Mass Production
During large-scale production, small process deviations may accumulate and impact overall consistency.
